A maladjusted tailgate or tailgate switch can cause the rear tailgate light on the dash to flicker when driving. Adjusting the door and or switch will address this concern.

The rear trailing arm bushings tend to crack and break requiring replacement of the bushings.

On certain models the damper spring rubber comes loose and can cause a click noise. The damper springs need to be replaced to for this concern.
Misalignment of the rear seat tracks will cause interference with the seats and not allow them to fold up. The seat tracks need to be aligned before the seats will fold up.
A leaking cowl (at the base of the windshield) can leak water into the vehicle's cabin. The cowl has to be resealed to stop the leak.
A faulty computer in the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) can cause a false "Side Airbag Off" light to illuminate. The SRS computer will need to be replaced for this issue.
Use of incorrect oil in the rear differential on AWD models will cause a "chattering" sound and vibration on turns. Use only Honda-approved differential oil.
The rear hatch can pinch the window weatherstrip and cause a water leak. A new weatherstrip will be needed.
