Some models have an issue were the windshield wipers won't shut off due to a bad internal switch. The wiper motor needs replacing for this issue.

Rear axle seal leaks can be cause by a plugged rear differential vent. Replacing the leaking seal and clearing out the vent will fix this problem.
The engine rear main oil seal can leak. The transmission has to be removed to replace the seal to stop the leak.
Certain models may experience intermittent popping out of second gear. Replacing second gear set will repair this issue. The transmission will have to be removed and disassembled for this repair.
Some S2000's can develop a problem with the transmission popping out of fourth gear. A new updated fourth and fifth gear assembly will repair the problem. The transmission will have to be removed and disassembled for this repair.
A faulty relay can cause the air pump to overheat and set a check engine light. Replacing the relay will fix this issue.
The torque converter may not lock up because some models with the automatic transmission may have a faulty thermostat that will not allow the engine to reach normal operating temperature.
The upper windshield molding can vibrate at higher speeds causing a noise. Back filling the molding with a silicone sealer is involved in the repair.
Chattering when cornering can occur when the limited slip differential fluid breaks down. Replacing the fluid will repair this issue.
On certain 2WD models the front hub can leak grease. Installing a new updated gasket from Honda will repair the leak.
A broken return spring on the rear glass hatch latch can cause the rear glass not to latch. Replacing the latch spring will repair this issue.
On certain models the clutch pedal can creak due to the assist spring rubbing against itself. Replacing the clutch assist spring with an updated spring from Honda will stop the noise.
