In high dust areas, problems with the EGR system are common. The filter for the EGR solenoid may plug and cause the EGR to activate when it should not; this can cause the engine to stall. The dirty filter should be replaced to correct this concern.

When driving the car the check engine light comes on or it may blink, the car starts to drives as if it wants to not move it shakes and makes a noise as if there is no muffler on th car i had a diagnostic done on the car and they told me to replace the EGR valve because the temperature was heating up to high.
