The CD player does not respond. CDs are loaded, but nothing responds, plays, ejects, etc.,...The radio and DVD work fine.

One of the most common issues that I see in Odyssey radio/CD players is kids like to feed coins in the CD slot. This leads to all kinds of interesting problems like no CD, parking lights staying on and blown fuses. The best way to check for this is to remove the radio and shake it. If it jingles, you found the problem. Most technicians will recommend a new radio, but sometimes I have had luck taking the radio apart and fishing out the coins. If there are no coins in the radio then the radio will have to be replaced. There are some businesses that will repair radios but it's not a popular choice because the radio has to be removed and it usually takes a week or two for repair and most customers don't want to be without a radio that long.

Thanks for the comment. If it is jammed, and a blown fuse occurred, would the radio and DVD still work (they still do). Thanks.
