well my car won,t shift gear i really don,t know whats wrong with it mind explaining what can possibly happen

  There are too many possibilities when it comes to this type of problem. Transmissions have many mechanical parts, and they are controlled by a complex array of electronic sensors, switches and other components which are controlled by a computer. Any part of this system can have a problem, causing the issue you describe.
  A diagnosis is the only way to know what is wrong.
