Question: problem with my 1999 ford f250 super duty.will start

 Rookie

the engine was running fine on till i ad a little to much of oil 10x30 sea none synthetic. sense then the engine is lock down.
i change the the oil with the right 5x30 sea synthetic oil and i replaced the oil filter still nothing can someone help me please
