problem with horn on 1990 Toyota Camry

how to i repair horn its get stuck

I presume you mean sticks on. The green/black wire up at the steering column gets grounded by the horn switch to operate the horn relay pull in windings. The green and black wire at the steering column should not have continuity to ground unless the horn switch is pressed. Horn relay is located at the passenger foot well area.

When you slam you horn hard you bend the plates (Contacts) After the are bent horn will stick (Stay on), Remove 4 screws behind steering wheel , deassanble and straghten bent contacts, and reassamble.
