They told me when to bring my car in, they told me when it would be done and it was actually done a day early. When I went to pick it up, not only had they repaired, it, but they had matched the paint job from the front door all the way around to the rear and they pretty much cleaned my car inside and out. I was amazed. And it came to just under $100 less than what they said it would be. Everyone was so polite. They did a beautiful job. They used no Bondo, it was all true metal work and it matches perfectly. It was the best job I've ever had done.
Pacific VW wanted $125 to align the throttle body on my 2000 VW Passat. I called this shop for their price. Not only did I have to explain why throttle bodies need to be re-aligned on that car, they wanted 50% more than the dealer ($95 to look at it and $95 to do the alignment = $190). When I told the guy on the phone that the dealer only charges $125, the he said: "Good luck with that." If you check it out on youtube, you'll see it usually only takes about 10 minutes with scanners that cost just $360. I would never do business with these people.
