    I took my wife's A4 cabriolet here for the 45k service. Work included having the wheels straighten and scratches removed using their independent service that is scheduled 2x a week. These folks provided quick and courteous service from the very start during check-in. I received a call during the day to inform me that the car was ready as scheduled. They are top notch! My entire experience was pleasant - Which is what I expected. I left a Audi Dealer in Bergen county since their service department did not meet my expectations for customer care.
