Price for part and labor on 2001 Volvo S60

I just brought my car in for and oil change and I was told I needed new rear sway bar links.

Very common issue on these cars. Labor time should be .6 - 1.0 hours at the most, and the parts are probably $50 - $60 each.

Sway bar links are made of rubber compounds that decay over time. This is a common problem with this model. Order your parts online and save some money that way. A local Midas should be able to do the job and saver you a trip to the dealer.
