They can do a lot of the same things that the dealership can do. I guess they also have a specialized computer system that helps to diagnose complex problems.

You came in after work on a monday evening worried that you might not make it home 30 miles away because of warning lights on your 2005 BMW 525I with 100,864 miles. After giving us your approval to diagnose, we used our Autologic Diagnostic laptop to perform a Network Scan and discovered a fault with your SZL Module circuit. We provided you a printout to take to your mechanic back home to aid him in any further testing he might need. Our goal was to make sure it was safe for you to drive home - per your request. We are happy that you got home safely and your mechanic was able to resolve your issue.
