Got car back after oil change and battery installation. Hubcap was loose and not reinstalled correctly. All four tire caps were loose. There is a positive terminal in front of motor and red cap not put back on. This tells me there is sloppy work going on. I am totally disappointed as I had such faith in the outfit.

I was quoted a $118 dianostic fee and the bill was about $129. I had a difficult time starting my vehicle when leaving after they quoted about $900 for recommended repairs. My vehicle previously had no problems starting. I could not start it in the morning and called AAA. I took it right to a different shop and was charged no dianostic fee, they charged me less than $250 for the needed repair, and they also discovered the starting problem was due to the sort of "paddle" switch that requires the clutch to be fully depressed when starting had been bent. I can only report that it had no problem starting before the trip to Premier Auto Center. Premier had recommended that three shock absorbers be replaced. Since they were all replaced less than 10,000 miles ago and the vehicle has had no rough travel at all, I thought that recommendation was strange. The shop where the repairs were made did not find a problem with the shocks. Also, I brought in the vehicle in the early afternoon and they provided a ride home, a three minute trip. They did the dianosic test, called with the results, but could not return to pick me up until almost closing time. The office was closed as I was having a hard time starting my vehicle, so I did not report it at the time.

It is unfortunate that your vehicle would not start the next day. We had let you know that your battery was in need of replacement and it also needed a major tune up to address the stalling and drive ability issues you had brought it to us for. As for the shocks, I'm a bit confused. We only recommend shocks in pairs and yours were the original shocks which you did confirm when mentioned. It was a recommendation due to them being the original shocks that at some point you might want to replace them. You did decline the battery and tune up needs and brought your vehicle home after we jump started it for you well before closing as we close at 6:00pm not 4:00pm.

They told me I had two bolts on each of my rear wheels that could not be removed. I later went to another garage that with proper equipment was able to remove the nuts no problem.

Not happy to find the recommended services to my vehicle when verified in front of me at my vehicles dealer were not only not necessary but incorrect. I really haven't felt the level of service has been what it was when Pam and the previous manager were there. I followed him from Tuffy in ft Myers. Sad to see them both gone.

Had my pressure monitor on my car replaced cost $120.00 one week later the whole system went bad. Brought it to the dealer and they said the one that was put in is bad they replaced it No problem after that. Brought my other car in for a oil change they didn't seem to know what kind of oil to put in.

My estimates for service always seem high. My last estimate was for a new AC motor and control panel and we were able to get the parts online and replace ourselves for A LOT cheaper.

Sometimes repair facilities will seem a little high and they will definately be higher than you performing the needed repairs yourself. Most repair facilities purchase needed parts for your vehicle through parts suppliers that will offer a warranty so that we are able to give you a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty which ever comes first. Our warranty is 2year or 24,000 miles and it is a nationwide warranty. With us being a Napa Auto Care Center you have access to over 14,000 repair facilities so if your traveling and a part fails you can have it replaced at no cost to you.

They tried to sell me a timing belt saying my check engine light was on, it was not. Also I had the belt done 500 miles ago. They over charged me for a starter and forgot to put my engine cover back on. They are a rip off and give real repair shops a bad name.
