  I am so very pleased and have such peace of mind that I was referred to such an honest and reputable auto repair shop. I purchased a very nice used luxury vehicle and took it for a vehicle inspection at another place. I was so upset and in shock with the list that they came back with, I called the dealer I purchased the vehicle from and they referred me to Preferred Auto Service. I made an appointment with them and they thoroughly checked out the vehicle, and to my surprise, most of the items on the list were completely uncalled for. My husband has since then, taken his vehicle and we have referred friends and family there.

  I've taken my Lexus to Terry at Preferred Auto over the past 6 months, the last time my car was taken in I had an issue. Once I made Terry aware of the problem, he took immediate measures to resolve it to my complete satisfaction and was very professional and accommodating during the whole process.

  I found this shop through word of mouth and I can actually say I am more than satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. I have a CLS and it has been a journey to find someone who knows the car line.

  My 911 is well taken care of at Terry's. He is up to speed with current vehicles as well as older models. Everyone there is great to deal with.

  Professional, great staff! I took my vehicle in for some repairs, and left it there for the day, the staff took me to my office and picked up my vehicle at the end of the day. The cost of repairs was very resonable - they saved me quite a bit of money. I will definately be returning. Thanks Terry!
