I brought my car in for an ac recharge, I had just had the internal evaporator core replaced. Every thing on my car was working fine the day I brought the car in and the mechanic That replaced the part checked all of my hoses and said they were in great shape. When I got to your store I waited like 3 hours to have my car serviced after they pulled it in to the bay the manager came out after 15 minutes and told me that I had a hole and my manifold assembly Hoses. I asked him what it would cost to replace it and he quoted me 237$ for the hose and 90$ for the labor. He then presented me with a bill for 50$ 30$ for labor and 20$ for parts and taxes. There were no parts replaced! And I also feel like the hose was damaged by your store. I then took it back to my mechanic Who replaced then top and bottom assembly hoes for $75 including the part.He also informed me that there is no manifold assembly hoes on my car. So basically I feel like I was lied to cheated and my car was damaged in the process.I also feel like I was charged 50 for no reason at all. And when I asked him to explain the charge he told me that it was self explanatory. So I will not be back and I will never recommend this place to my friends or family.
The service writer insisted I purchase 0W20 synthetic oil. He insisted that was the only oil recommended for my vehicle and tried to upcharge $50 for the oil change. I have known since my first oil change with that vehicle that page 453 of the owners manual said that "SAE 5W-20 or 0W-20 engine oil may be used." (copied from Toyota Camry Owners manual). The service writer wrote some non-sense about the customer declined 0W20 and he is not responsible for engine damage due to wrong oil usage. Of course the service writer is wrong and I have been waiting for a response to my complaint sent to precision tune 3 weeks ago.
