I bought a Groupon for an oil change and alignment check and then was told it was going to cost more $22 more. Nothing was said in the fine print of the Groupon except the $3 disposal fee. Then was told I can either pay it or get my money back for the Groupon. Well this posing as more of a challenge than it's worth and needing an oil change I decided to pay extra. Which after all wasn't really a deal at all. So your Groupon was a scam to look cheap and then overcharge once their in the door. Oh and on top of that I was then talked out of the alignment check that was included because 'it would take to long'. Then I asked for a brake check, which it said I could do in the fine print of the Groupon and was told they could only do a visual, 'taking the tires off would be to much work'. The whole time I felt like I was getting scammed. Will never be back and would never recommend. Oh and he almost put the wrong oil in car.
Very good work! I just think it was pricey for an oil and filter change. it was the same price as in the dealership brand.

Oil change and transmission fluid changed. I came for an oil change and didn't anticipate needing to get my fluid changed out as well. This added some time and money, which I agreed to. I don't like surprises and waiting, but they are always keen on giving you an almost spot on wait time. At this time I have no complaints!
The 30 point AAA inspection and oil change was fine, but I was told my 2011 Ford Edge needed a transmission fluid change every 30,000 miles. I did not have the fluid changed and asked the dealer how often the transmission fluid needed to be changed and they said the first time is at 120,000 miles. So good thing I didn't have it changed. Was it a scam or a mistake?
They did a great job and kept to my budget. Chris worked tirelessly to get me the right part. You guys rock!

The rubbing/vibration/friction has not been resolved. That is the reason I initially brought it in. For the cost of the labor of don't feel the cars issues where fixed properly. I'm worried it may not be safe to drive.
Took care of the problem, replaced fuel pump. Wish they showed me the new pump and the old pump as I was in the office all the time. Had to go back week later to have the cowling over the engine tightened. He only but in two nuts instead of the three called for.
Had a smog check. It passed. Thank you.

Quoted $29 and was overcharged for oil change. $47.60, was told it was for the canister filer (they cost $5 in Walmart).

Chris is really helpful, literally always. I've been coming here for about 3 years. I do worry that i will be told i need to do unneeded maintenance, but am comfortable with my rapport with Chris and trust his judgment.
So far the radiator seems fine -- time will tell.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Courteous and quick to make a diagnosis of problems. The communication was very clear and I felt comfortable with the work they said I needed to have done.
The shop correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it with proficiency. But I find them to be expensive. Their shop rates are high. Most shops I have frequented charge for a diagnosis, but waive most or all of it if they do the repair, they charged separately for the diagnosis. I was charged for one hour of test driving to make sure that the repair was good. I am glad for the checkout, but $112 for a drive around the block? Again, most shops I have ever used have not charged for this.
Chris provides a very personal experience and strives in providing more than enough information in order to decide the best options for repair and service.

They repaired something, but still not fixed.
