The people were friendly, the store was clean. When I go to get an oil change I don't have them do the brakes and they do it anyway. That is another half hour.

The didn't really tell me what was wrong with it or the cost. I told them the air conditioner wasn't working and they didn't even fix it. They said it was a completely separate issue. I waited two or three hours. They said they would fix it. The air conditioner wasn't working and they didn't bother to look in to it. My engine light was on and that's all they fixed.
I think the waiting time is a little bit long, other than that everything is okay. The guy that makes appointments will make it a week later.
