Manager was extremely accommodating. I had my 3 yr old son with me and the Manager on duty graciously worked us into an already booked schedule for the day. He even went over and above to change the TV station to cartoons/kid friendly viewing. Waiting area was cleaner than most auto repair shops. Will definitely recommend this shop to others and use going forward when needed.
The crew worked nonstop and the counter man explained everything to me and every other customer that was having work done so they knew why they need to get the service completed.

This was the 2nd one I went to. The first one in hunt Valley messed up my car and wouldn't pay to fix it. I had to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. This shop helped me. But gave me the same answer.

The only complaint I have is that the first time I called to find out when to come in and how long it would take, the man on the phone said anytime. I told him a date I planned to come in and he said that would be fine. When I arrived the person at the desk said I didn't have an appointment and that it is was strange that anyone there would not have made an official appointment. I had to make another one. Everything else went fine.

Everything went to my liking. When addressing questions, thoughts, or concerns about my vehicle, there was no detection in which the staff took advantage to try to sell me unwanted parts for the vehicle. They answered all my questions and looked into my concerns, building a me a profile of my vehicle with quotes of costs and labor to fix anything necessary. They also explained the process even though I was aware of the mechanic language so to speak, breaking it down in simple English so nothing was missed or unclear.
The work done at this shop is professional. the technicians are honest and trustworthy. However, the front desk is terrible with communication. They often don't pick the phone up, you can't leave a message, and they almost never call when they say they will. In person they are pleasant and polite, but they need to understand that customers are expecting communication back from them.

The services I had done I would recommend it. The person at the counter was very polite and very helpful, but the mechanics themselves were taking longer. They seemed to be having conversations with themselves instead of focusing on the cars.

Sometimes I am sitting there for an hour or two hours for an oil change. I don't think they check the tire pressure and things like that. I don't think it is thoroughly looked over.

It was great service, it was quick, and they did a great job. It's close to my school, University of Maryland. The guys gave me a lot of resources, about how to maintain the car and stuff like that. They can do a lot of services, for any problem my car might have.
Sometimes I feel that one problem lead's to another my truck runs different after a repair, it runs worse.
I do like the service close to my work, it is easy but I do charge a few dollars extra. Example the oil change 15.99 and sometimes 16.99.When I go for an oil change it comes to 22.00 sometimes, or 21.00, they throw extra stuff sometimes, I do not like, disposal fee on oil it shows on the receipt, or they charge store supplies.

They had my vehicle 4 months. Each time I attempted to retrieve it there was a new problem. Won't start, smoking, no engine cover, hose left disconnected, sunroof left open in rain (should have never been open), battery drained, dead battery. I've paid for original claimed problem, but have yet been able to test drive for quality of work do to all the in my opinion created problems from faulty, unprofessional, horrible repair.
