Called the store before I made the appointment for the oil change because there was a Groupon available. Spoke with guy on the phone and I was assured the Groupon will cover the oil change because my car did not need special oil. But during the appointment I was told it displays need special oil and had to pay for the oil and filter as extra.

This most recent experience was not good. The appointment was not properly recorded so they were not prepared to do the work I requested when I made the appointment. It appears that even though they took the van back into the shop a second time and charged me for the alignment and rotate/balance the tires, that work was not actually performed.They also did not top off any of the fluids when they did my oil change. I was very disappointed with this visit. Perhaps this all happened because the regular store manager is out with a surgery.
The shop manager and mechanic questioned be 3-4 times about what was wrong with the vehicle. The shop manager had no information about me dropping my vehicle off again. The mechanic, who was not in uniform, wore a ragged and stained hoodie scoffed about my problems and rolled his eyes. I gave him the keys, he entered my car in his soiled clothes, with no paper mat, drove so aggressively around the parking lot that it scared my wife, who was waiting for me outside in another vehicle. While still giving information to the shop manager, who only wrote down my phone number, the mechanic abruptly parks the car and asks me to drive him around.
The price I paid for brake pads and rotors was about $100 more than i expected to pay.
Oil change was quick and not the hassle of other services which was nice. Quick in and out and good price with the online coupon I printed. Will return.

I brought my car in for an oil change; service was great however, I had a question about my tire sensor light and if they could check to see see if the sensors were faulty, the technician said that they were okay. I just think that as a courtesy he should have checked the air pressure in all my tires...and so I drove off with the tire sensor light still being displayed.
They are always good to work with and the prices are okay.

I feel I was over-charged for the parts considering it was a refurbished part. I was charged $285 for an alternator. Seemed unnecessary.

I have used this location for some time and I have been happy with their service and honesty.
I had my tires delivered to this place from Tire Rack. My appointment was at 8 in the morning and when I arrived to drop my car off, they said only two tires were there. They did not inform me of that, so I woke up early and attempted to drop my car off for nothing. When getting the tires put on my car, I was strongly encouraged to get my steering aligned and said no. When I picked my car up, the rims of my car were covered in black from changing the tires. They did not even wipe them off.
Service was good.

The shop explained more to me when my uncle was on the line with me (I'm female). When I called to get more information, I seemed rushed off the phone prior to when my uncle was on the line. The prices are always fair and reasonable. The staff are usually nice. I've never had any serious problems with staff or service.
Very impressed with manager -- took time to make sure the part was covered under warranty and delivered my car to me to the restaurant next door. I was able to have lunch and get back to work on time! Excellent service.

Last time I got an oil change with tire rotation but later realized they hadn't topped off fluids, put air in my tires, or rotated them.

It was good but they did not fill my tires with air.
They have started the practice of saying all of the fluids need to be replaced, the serpentine belt was bad (with 20,000 miles), etc. I can go anywhere and get that.

I took the car in for a headlight not working and not only was it not fixed, they tried to tell me it was a wiring problem. When I took the car to another place for a second opinion they fixed it and had to correct some of the messed up stuff done by the folks at Precision Tune.

The person at desk said I needed new brakes. After going to another repair place, it turns out my brakes are good, no need to replace.
I was told my brakes needed complete overhaul. Before having them do the work I got a second opinion where I was told that was not the case Whatsoever. After using this precision tune many times for many cars I will no longer return.
I was told on 2 separate occasions incorrect/unnecessary repairs were required.
Manager is polite, prompt and thorough. Technicians are clean, and explain work to be done.

I originally had my Struts/Shocks replaced on 3/5/14. They began to fail within two weeks. This appointment was handled well, and everything was covered under warranty, but within a week my shocks are failing again. I just dropped my car off for a 3rd time to get the shocks replaced again. Frankly, I wouldn't be going to this shop except that I've already paid to have the work done. This comes on the heals of having to have 1 of the two CV joints replaced in January redone at this shop as well. Ever since the management change at this shop a year ago, the quality of the work has gone down hill.
I have recommended people there and will again.

Not completely satisfied with Precision Tune.
I had new front disc brake pads and rotors installed on my 2005 Toyota Camry on 1/25. At the same time the rear brake drums and pads were cleaned. On April 10, I returned the car to Precision Tune as the brakes were making a sound. I was told that the front pads had overheated due to heavy braking and should be replaced with ceramic pads and that the rotors were warped and should be replaced. In addition, I was told that the rear brake pads and drums should be replaced. This work was performed on 4/10. Two days later I had to return the car to Precision Tune as thumping sound could be heard when the brakes were applied. This problem was diagnosed and new brake hardware was ordered. On 4/15 the new brake hardware was installed at no cost. Now the thumping sound has returned and I have made arrangements to return the car to Precision Tune on 4/23. This brake job has turned into a nightmare.
