He had to come back and reinstall the rear view mirror. He did a GREAT job, it is better than it was before the windshield was replaced.
I got a tune up that made my van run terrible. I took it back after paying for work done they ran another test that cost me $150 dollars. My check engine light is on and it won't start now! I paid over $500 for repairs and my check engine light is on.
Went to the Precision last week to get my brakes and tires done after a shop quoted me an astronomical amount..spoke with a Jimmy, who said they could do it for $600 less...precision fixed it in less than a day after dropping it off. Jimmy took the time to explain what was going on with my car in laymans terms. Definitely going to be a return customer, glad to see there's a shop not out there to take advantage.

We called early on a Saturday and two hours before they closed. They had our car in and out and letting us know that it was ready for pick up. When we went to pick up the car everything was great. I normally deal with dealerships, but it was super nice to see a cheaper and well done option. I approve of them 110%.

Staff not very friendly. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation but they forgot to rotate the tires until I asked then I had to wait for that to be done.
Went in for a basic inspection. Tried to sell me $500 worth of repairs. Talked them down to do only what was necessary to pass the inspection. Still ran me $300. I'm not saying I don't believe that changes needed to be made to the car to pass inspection, but I know my car well, I doubt all the repairs done were absolutely necessary, and all the work done was overpriced.
Needed windshield replaced, ended up with an unsafe severely damaged piece of glass poorly sealed to my car. They ordered the wrong windshield but had already taken mine out. Said it would be a week and a half before they would be able to get the right one.
This was my first time at this shop. I was very pleased with the service.

1st visit, failed inspection due to cracked windshield. Returned home to find my hood still open. 2nd visit, shop couldn't get my brush guard open to release hood, except they did last time, so repair was delayed. Shop apologized, and repair was done very well.

Mechanic insisted that chip on windshield was not repairable and needed complete replacement. I declined, called insurance company to come and try to repair. Literally 2 days later the chip was fixed without a problem. This tells me that either the guys there are incompetent or they like to lie in order to do extra work.

The pricing for imported vehicles needs to be posted instead of associate given an excuse for why it much more for oil changes, front wheel alignment, etc.

Dropped car off at 9 in the morning car wasn't ready till almost 5 just for an oil change and battery. When dropped off was not made aware it would take all day.

I feel as though because I am a woman and not a mechanic that I was told that I had another problem with my car. A problem that wasn't mentioned before. I bought 4 brand new tires and had a full alignment done. Now my car shakes when I'm driving on the interstate and pulls to the left. With no alignment and 4 bad tires I didn't have this problem. I feel taken advantage of. I'll go back for tire rotations but not again for other service.

I was very upset when I was charged 20 dollars for a alignment check when I wasn't told there was a fee if for some reason they couldn't complete work. Employee just had me sign as if I was going over the work being done to my car. The employee should tell customer that there's a service fee for a alignment check.

The shop said that my air filter was fine when they checked it. When I got home I removed it and it was not clean. Not sure if they checked my other fluids! Looks like they did change the oil thankfully! Since I left the shop there is a noise coming from my front passenger side.

Every thing was great except, I had an appointment at 3:30 and my car didn't get taken in to the station until 4:30, and i believe they didn't have an appointment.
There was a problem getting the correct battery from the supplier so the work was delayed another 30-45 minutes for the supplier to provide the correct part. Otherwise, my experience was a good one.
This shop worked on my vehicle before and did a good job, this is why I returned. Well pleased customer.

Came in to have my headlights cleaned and the tech pointed out another issue with my car that I was unaware of. He did not pressure me to fix it on that same visit but told me it needed to be repaired soon.
I was charged extra for a battery under warranty, being told that my original battery was no longer in stock.
Work was incomplete. My windshield was surprisingly done in 20 minutes according to the tech. No wonder the windshield was not completely sealed. I rescheduled to have the work corrected, no one ever showed up. The clerk informed me that they had a mix up. Yet no one notified me prior to me reaching out. Needless to say the window is still broke.
Work was done satisfactorily but the first time I called to make an appointment I asked if I could wait and was told it would take 45 minutes. When I showed up for appointment I was told there were several people in front of me and it would be 4 hours if I wanted to wait. When I said I was told it would be 45 minutes the reply was 'we meant 45 minutes from time it went into the bay.' I had to cancel for that day because I had plans and couldn't leave car for 4+ hours. Not a good experience.

Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly.
I did not request any battery test to be performed, and yet I was charged $60 for this labor/test. Also in the process of replacing my starter and/or testing the battery, a part was lost which held the battery in place, but yet unmentioned to me at time of pickup. I am sad to say that I will no longer be bringing my business to Precision.

Way over-priced and did not perform all the work that Groupon said would be done. Would not adjust price. Last time in had a terrible experience and filled out a survey and was told someone would be contacting me and never did. I will never return to any Precision Tune and will tell everybody I know about my terrible experience and recommend they never have any work done at Precision Tune.

Very poor customer service! First when tried to get service done to my car was told I had to wait until Monday (this was a Thursday). Came on Monday (had an appointment for 3:00pm), arrived around 2:30p and my car wasn't serviced until almost 3:30-ish and did not leave out until 4-something. Was told they are so sorry and the best she could do was take $2 off (had a Groupon coupon, and never received ANYTHING back.... guess it was just a "good" gesture saying it out loud".

I gave a seven because the service was good and they explained things well. The only bad thing was they didn't follow directions when I asked them not to touch my drivers side window. I found out they did move it and didn't place it back properly.
The last time I was there, I took my car in to get a leak in my tire fixed. After I took my car in the girl explained that there was not a hole in my tire but that it was a leak due to the weather change. They didn't charge me anything and they called me in a good time to get my car. They are very professional.
Vehicle broke down 1 week after being worked on.
They were very nice, friendly people. It was very quick even though I came there at 5 o'clock, and you know how that can get. They also gave me recommendations on what I needed to take care of in the future, and offered me discounts to save money if I wanted to take care of it then.
It was good but I feel like maybe they weren't very clear with their explanation.

After an oil change I noticed a scratch on the door. Melissa informed me she would review the tape to see if someone did it by mistake. The second time I talked to her she said it would get fixed. She knows I've been a customer for years and greeted me by my name when I walked in. After 4 weeks the painting guy was finally able to do it. I was frustrated because the second week my car was picked up at 11am and I asked to have it back by 3:30 because I had to be at school and had to rush on the highway and it didn't even get painted that day because it wasn't enough time. Third week it rained. The 4th week when they picked it up I told them I had to have my car back by 3:30 because I had to be at school by 4:30. I called at 3 and she tells me it wasn't going to be ready for another two hours but she could send Katlyn to get me from work. I missed class that day and was frustrated because I had buried my grandma that Monday. Melissa knows I just got this car and I was highly frustrated. I know she did as much as she could and am thankful that they didn't try to lie and say they didn't do it. Unfortunately, the guy that painted it DID not do a good job!!! You need another third party that can actually paint properly and not only works on Thursdays and works earlier than 10am.
