The staff was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the difference between products. They went the extra mile checking tire pressure and if any additional work was necessary. Because they did I was prepared when my battery went bad two days later! They never shoved additional work on me and were extremely friendly. I will be taking my vehicle here to be serviced from now on.

Said I had a brake lines leak. And would cost 50.00 to look at it to make sure. When all it needed was some a little brake fluid.
Front end suspension noises . Was told with 99% certainty that problem stems from bad control arms bushings. Replaced them. No significant change. About $983 wasted!
After studying YouTube videos problem is possibly likely to be related to sway bar links, bushings, drop bar. Will take care of this elsewhere!

Groupon deal not respected and was overcharged on price. Tires were under AND over inflated as part of the assumed tire rotation package.
I can't remember the manager's name but he was great to work with. He also explained the cost to me in detail. I'll probably go back but it isn't in a convenient location for me.
My bracelet fell off as I left the shop. I returned days later and the technician said a little girl found a bracelet. He described it perfectly, but I must say I was shocked that he didn't consider getting the girls name and discussing with her about finding someone's jewelry. He said he knew she found it; it was not hers. I wish he had had a word with her, realizing it was NOT play jewelry and he could have told her she could get it back if no one ever claimed it. My car was fixed but the loss of a family heirloom has left a bitter and sad taste in my mouth. All in all it was a very expensive car repair. I don't know if I can afford to return there, financially or emotionally.

This is the worst shop ever. I went in for plugs and ended up with a bill of over $700 for diagnostics. They then tried to tell me my engine was shot and that they would 'find' one for me.
The work was completed very well and ready as promised. I will continue to come here for car care.

Came in for a state inspection shortly before the holidays. The shop was busy, but they managed to squeeze me in.
The service I received was fine. However, I had already paid for the car service upfront but when my wife went to pick up the car instead of me (which I had already informed them before) they asked for the charges again. After sometime they called up another guy to confirm this. They should better communicate things among themselves.

An expensive part was replaced and the problem still existed. A $19 part was then replaced and the problem appears to have been solved. An additional electrical problem now exists which is directly related to the work performed by the shop.
Did the work well and fast but I felt like the price for the parts was a bit to high. I recommend bringing your own parts.

My check engine light was on. A diagnosis cost $107. Matt said they needed to change the catalytic converter for $1,995 and there was no guarantee this would fix the problem.

I have been going to Precision for a few years now and as a female I trust Charles very much because he will fix the problem and then tell you what you need done when and why without forcing you spending more than you need to. That way I trust him and I remember what he says. When I get some extra money, I get it done asap because I don't want to buy a whole new car for a long time. Also he has a great personality and is quick as lightening at multi tasking.
Store manager said it was my second time using a coupon for an oil change (over a years time) and that I would have to pay for the $23.90 oil change next time.

Not great service...too pushy with higher priced services when not needed. Every time I go to this location I'm always told there it will be 3-5 hours before I get my vehicle back from a routine oil change.

While the service was good, the recommendations of service sounded and seemed excessive. I was recommended to do a full oil system flush on a car that I had bought from a dealership less than 6 months before. Since I care about the condition of my car and I am NOT a mechanic, I had to blindly follow the tech's recommendations.
