We just moved to Seattle from Oregon last year where I had been taking my bimmer to the dealership while it was under my free maintenance policy. We found this place by a fluke when we were lost going to the cruise ship terminal and stopped by to ask for directions. They were real nice and printed us a map so when it came time for a oil change and to see why my check engine light was glowing at me we decided to give them a try. They gave me a free loaner car and later called me to say the car was done, it was just some vacuum line had a leak and made the light come on. These guys are great and the price was even way below the amount I pre-authorized to fix it, which was a happy shock. Anyways I have found my new place while we are in Seattle.
Not happy. I took my vehicle in and got it back 3 weeks later and paid over $2000 for a job that should have been a lot cheaper when comparing it to the local dealer. Almost 100% more. I also was told one price over the phone and was then given a bill double the price. I believe that they did not know what they were doing and it basically took them that long to figure out how to fix it and could have caused more problems by working on it and not knowing what exactly they were doing. I paid for it all in the end. I also noticed that someone had added 50 miles to the car and the repair had nothing to do with the engine or anything that would require a test drive of any kind. I feel I was totally taken advantage of. Please stay away from this place if you don't want to be taken advantage of. I'm not saying they can't change oil or brakes as I'm sure they can handle that but as far as anything that might require a diagnostic or overnight work go elsewhere.
