Message from the Shop
We work on all makes and models of import and domestic cars and trucks. We have extensive experience with Audi, VW, BMW, Saab, Toyota, Honda, and Volvo. We are also authorized to perform service on GSA vehicles.Our shop is 1/3 mile from the Dunn Loring Metro station on the Orange line, and we offer free shuttle service to the Metro station if needed.

Precision Import Service
I was recently vacationing in the DC area during one of the hottest weeks when our AC decided to flake out about 4 hours into the trip.
I found these guys via the web and brought my car in. They fully tested the AC system and after 2 days of running the car and driving it, they couldn't replicate the problem. They thought I might have a bad AC compressor clutch but couldn't be 100% sure.
They gave me the option of installing a new AC compressor but advised against it. I took their advice.
At the end of this, they only charged me for the gas they had to put into my car to run it while testing.
I'm sure I would not have gotten the same treatment with another mechanic or dealer. I only wish these guys were in RI. I'd become a lifelong customer.
