    The service is awful. I took my car there to replace EGR valve after I did diagnosis with a local Toyota dealer. The reason I went there is because the dealer would charge too much and this shop gave us a reasonable estimate. One guy with strange beard took my case. He said he would charge me $60 to do the diagnosis and then give us the cost. I asked him why he needed to do diagnosis again because the dealer already did that. He somehow got offended and became apparently mad. He almost shouted at me -- one potential customer. Oh, Gosh, I was a little bit scared at the time. I asked my car key back and left the shop ASAP. I will never go to this shop for any repair job. Period!
