Precise Auto Care
I recently had a problem with my vehicle and found out that it was the fuel pump. Upon diagnosing and beginning the repair of my vehicle the mechanics at Precise found that the fuel pump although it worked, did not completely repair the problem. This is where the extra effort that they put in comes into play!! They not only found the other problem but they repaired it and insure that my vehicle was in shape before returning it to me. I appreciate their diligence and dedication. Thank you!! H. Kemp

This Shop Is Amazing! The Guy Keith Works With You And Makes Sure EVERYONE Is Taken Care Of! Im Not Sure What "Lansdale" Is Talking About But I Saw One Of The Guys ASE Certifications And He Had About 6 Of Them!! The Shop Uses Good Quality Parts That You Would Get At A Dealership For A Mom And Pops Shops Price! I Will NEVER go anywhere else! I Checked On Everything They Did With ANOTHER Shop Just To Make Sure And Even They Were Impressed.. Hell One Of The Guys At The Other Shop Said He Should Go Work At Precise.. lol Its Just All Around A GREAT Place And If You End Up Sitting There And Dont Want A Ride Home Keith Will Talk With You And Even Offer To Buy You Lunch! Keep Up The GREAT Work Guys! Thank You Sooo Much!

I highly recommend this shop for the quality of care and workmanship that is done on my two cars. As a woman, the management explains to me so that I can understand the problems that I am having with the cars, shows me the parts that need replacing and why. I get an explaination of repairs costs with a breakdown for parts and labor. I also get a discount as a loyal customer of three plus years. I have door to door pickup and drop off of my cars without extra charge. When I have to go out of town or out of state on a long road trip to New England they check everything from belts, hoses, top off fluids, check tires, etc. at no additional charge. My son was not satisfied with the costs and lack of attention that he received with his car, an Acura TL, at the dealership so I now have been bringing his car here as well to have any and all repairs done and he is quite happy with the results. The head deacon from my church nows brings his three vehicles up here to have any repairs done as well and has told a number of folks that I have an excellent Auto Care Shop to work on my vehiles. It's comforting and reassuring for me as a woman that I am not being ripped off by garages just because I'm a female who may or may not know or understand the workmanship and mechanics of my cars. this shop is amazing. the manager-dave greets everybody with there first name. He helps all military personel no matter what rank. His workers do there best to please. It is just shocking how he can please every person i have seen there. the place is so great . Theres not a friend i know i wouldnt recomend to go and have service rendered there .
