Question: Power windows work and do not work?

Question

Visitor, Ewa Beach, HI, March 06, 2010, 11:51

Driver side power windows work normal, than do not work. These has happened at least three times since we bought the vehicle and now it does not work again. We gave up using the windows for awhile and by chance we hit the switch and it worked again. Please tell me the problem.

I decided to replace the power window motor and regulator, I could not wait for an answer. Now it's working fine. I wish I had tested the motor before I trash it to determine the real cause of the problem, but I suspected it could have been the regulator. Aloha.
