Customer Concern: The power windows, radio, blower all stop working at the same time. They seem to work with the key on, engine off. Once the vehicle is running, they do not work.
Tests/Procedures: 1. Check circuit T751 and T752 (starter relay circuits) at the Intelligent Power Module (IPM) for voltage with the engine running. The easiest place to check these circuits is to remove the starter relay and check voltage on terminals 85 and 86 with the engine running. These circuits should have battery voltage only during cranking and should be 0 volts with the engine running. If there is any trace voltage on these circuits, the FCM will de-energize the accessory relay. Voltage typically comes from the wire harness due to battery acid from the battery. Voltage tracks into these circuits and causes the FCM to shut down the accessory relay.

2. Another cause could be any aftermarket system such as a remote starter system wired into these circuits.
