The power windows on this vehicle are operated through the Instrument Cluster Module (ICM) and the Accessory Power Relay. These are what you want to look for fuses for.

There is a circuit breaker 60amp (F1.6 is the locator) under the hood at the battery junction box and a 30 amp fuse (F1.62 locator). The breaker is in the top row of small square breakers, just above the spade fuses. The fuse is kind of by itself to the right of the row of three square relays.

There is one fuse under the dasy 15 amp. It's F2.17...second from right on top row of shortest three rows of fuses.

    Good luck!

I had this problem with one of the back windows in my Mountaineer. I pulled the door panel off and found the wiring harness was not fully connected to the control panel. I plugged it back in (fully) and the window now works fine.
