After replacing the battery my power windows will not go up automatically. They still go down automatically although they won't go down at the same time anymore. This affects all windows. Any ideas?

MasterThere is an adaption re-set procedure after you replace the Battery for the factory alarm system, which includes window operation. Windows are considered part of the anti- theft protection on some alarm systems.
One thing I always do is lock and unlock the divers door lock a few times with the the key, that usually helps. If you are still stuck, then go to this site and look up the re-set procedure. You may even have to have a scan tool to really clear all the adaption.
