The back seat power windows will not come down. What's the estimate cost to repair?

    If they both won't come down, verify the drivers switch master lock out is not depressed, locking out the windows.

    Other than that, a diagnosis has to be performed to see if you have two faulty motors or a different problem. Can't really quote it until you know what has failed.
