2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty Question: power window and lock

If both lock actuator and window in the same door are acting up you will have to remove the door panel to inspect for damage due to water corroding electrical connectors or wiring damage. Check the harness at the front of the door that brings power and wiring out to the door lock, stereo speaker, and window, sometimes the wires in the harness frey and break, or otherwise get damaged. This more so happens the drivers door as its opened more often.
