The oil switch on your 1994 Buick Skylark should be located next to the oil filter. The fuel pump circuit works as follows: The Engine Control Module energizes the fuel pump relay for a 5-10 seconds when the ignition switch is turned on. After the engine is started the oil pressure switch will close and powers the fuel pump. You will need to check for power to the pump during the 10 sec prime cycle, you may find you have a faulty fuel pump. If the oil switch were to fail the engine would start and run and then die when the oil switch did not take over and the prime ran out.
