power switch replacement on 2000 Chevrolet 2500 Pickup

I need to replace a power seat switch (for a chevy 2005) part is Omron 12450166 A5119. I found an Omron 12450166 A1032 off a 2006 chevy tahoe. Do the last numbers make a difference and will it work on my truck?

As long as the pinout is the same, and you can verify this with a DMM. The last set of digits should be the shift/date/week etc that the switch was manufactured. Omrons are usually good about including a schematic somewhere on the body of the switch. Match this up with your original, and if all is the same, you should have no issue substituting the switch into your tahoe.
