Power steering pump leak. You can get the repair kit to do it yourself and repair the leaky pump seals on Ebay for under $25 and also a new hose for about $60.

I am having the power steering pump problem on my 1995 as well. I see a reconditioned part online for 95 bucks. The window motor issue can be replaced by cleaning the contact and getting a new master switch. I found a new one on Alibaba express for $23. The dealer wanted ten times as much.
