Question: Power steering pump broke/leak

 Rookie

hi my power steering went from making a grinding noise to now steering very tightly i looked under the hood and they appears to be power steering fluid leaking all over from one of the hoses. also does any one know how much firestone would charge to repair this?

    The power steering pump takes between one hour and an hour and a half to replace, it costs between $250 to $450 depending on whether you fit a new or re-manufactured pump. Power steering high pressure hose takes an hour to 1.3 hours to fit and is about $120 to $150 plus cost of fluid and tax.
