The power steering pump will cost between $175 and $350 depending on new or rebuilt and will take approx .9 hour to replace. The high pressure hose takes about .8 hours to replace and cost about $110 to $130. add $6 to $8 for fluid.

I was told for my Honda Accord to replace the power steering hose would cost $420 including the labor because the Accord's hose is tricky to replace.

The p/steering pump is relatively easy to replace but the hose is more difficult. Call around but make sure the power steering pump is of good quality.
