The power steering system has 3 main parts, the pump, steering rack, and the hoses. Any three of these can and do leak. You will need to identify where the leak is coming from, or take it in to a shop to have it diagnosed

I am pretty sure the problem coming from power steering pump rusting. - 1, change new one, 2, change lkq one, 3, take out to welding or metal bonding to fill the hose, -the problem will solve.
