2003 GMC Envoy Question: power seats do not work

power seats do not work what is the problem have checked fuse

    The main power for you seats comes from the power seat circuit breaker which is located under the left middle row seat. If you have memory seats there is also fuse #6 (lgm/dsm) fuse in the same fuse box. Check the circuit breaker to see if it is VERY hot to the touch, if so that would indicate a short to ground in the wiring to one of the seats. If the breaker is not hot make sure it has power to it. If everything check out ok at the fuse box then you should check for proper power and ground at each seat.

    i have a 2000 pontiac grand am se and the power seat on driver side won't go up or down there is power going to it and i've checked the fuses and the ground wiring everything seems to check out but i don't know what else could be the problem have any ideas
