  Incredibly poor service. Cheap rates, but you get what you pay for. Read my saga below.
  
  Went to a Hyundai dealership for a 100K service on a Santa Fe, and got bad news. Dealership told me a rod bearing was bad, and it was about as cost effective to replace the engine. Doing my due diligence, I shopped around, looking for a cheaper rate on all the labor that would need to be done. Dino (the boss) at Power Master quoted me a significantly lower cost per hour for labor, which made it now much cheaper to just get the part fixed. Left the car over the weekend, told that they'd get to it sometime early that next week. They finally got around to looking it at the middle of the next week, and told me it was a lifter problem and not a rod bearing. Great! Fix it, I said. It took 13 days (!) from when I dropped the car, several calls from me to them (they only called me twice, and never called back like promised), for me to get my car back. And guess what? On the 12th day, after we'd waited and waited for parts to come in and a mechanic to finally work on it, after all of that ... I call Power Master only to find out that the engine knock is still there. Misdiagnosed. It's a wrist pin going bad. Unbelievable. To kick me when I was down, I was told early in the morning, despite the car not being fixed, that I'd get it back on the 12th day. So, I returned the 3rd rental (!) that I'd gotten in the interim, only for them not to call, or get the work finished by the end of the day. No update, no anything. Never have I had such a bad experience getting a car fixed. Steer clear.

  Thanks to Power Master for continually giving my car the care that it needs! I had to rush it in yesterday (again) and as usual they took me in right away and had it ready for me at the end of the day! Awesome work! P.S. I even had my car cleaned while there, so I went home sparkling!

  These guys did a good job replacing the control arms on my 2002 Volvo S80. Friendly and helpful. Even when the job required extra work / parts, they still came in at about 30% less than the quote from the dealership. Will definately use them in the future.

  I was driving through Dallas from Virginia to Arizona when my truck started making a weird noise... These guys found the problem and got it repaired for me in record time. Nice and professional folks to work with and they did a great job.

  This company has done some fine work on my vehicles. My 1995 Avalon's engine was rebuilt several months ago and it now run like a top. Today I picked up my repaired 1985 Dodge Minivan after throwing a rod (very low mileage, oil starvation) and it runs better than ever. Prices were extremely reasonable.
