POWER BOOSTER DIAPHRAGM? on 2003 Mercedes-Benz ML350

I am being quoted almost a thousand dollars for this. Is that right?

I see the booster costing around $500 - $600, and the labor in the $250 range, so this about right. This is generally an expensive part, and it's hard to get to (high labor cost).
