  PVG does not lure you in with a "cheap price" just to get you in the door, then hit you with a big estimate once your car is apart. Instead, they give you an up front honest estimate of what is really going to cost and explain it in detail. I have been always suckered in by a cheap posted price at most other shops only to leave with it almost triple of the original estimate!!! Tom explained that PVG has the factory diagnostic equipment that is needed to diagnose and repair my Range Rover properly. Finally my Range Rover Sport does not lose power anymore! Also the estimate for my front brake job was spot on & cheaper then the dealer!! I feel confidence in my car again. Thanks Tom & Tim!

  This is an awesome garage! I completely trust them and know that what they tell me is the truth. They really know what they are doing. We've had a Porsche, 2 BMWs, Volvo and several Toyotas including a Prius that they have taken care of for over 22 years. They really rock!

  This is the Nordstrom of garages. Tom and his crew are a pleasure to deal with. They bend over backwards for their customers with friendly, impeccable and timely service. We have taken our cars (mercedes, lexus and BMW) there for 15 years and it only gets better.

  I have been using PV Garage for over 12 years now and have never had a bad experience. I have brought my Mercedes & GMC vehicles primarily for routine services but have also found PV Garage very helpful and experienced for replacing engines, fixing broken axles, transmission repair, complex electrical issues, performance issues and even minor body repair. PV Garage is my first choice destination when AAA tows my cars for unplanned repairs. I can count on Tom and Tim to provide fast, reliable and fair affordable service.

  These guys are great to work with and very service oriented. If I ever have a problem with a burned out light or fuse I merely stop by the shop and they will go out of their way (typically at no cost) to take care of the problem on the spot.

  I love the neighborhood feel that PV Garage offers and the management is positively involved in the local community. An added bonus to using PV Garage is that they provide eScrip contributions which steer dollars to the schools & charities of your choice. I would highly recommend Portola Valley Garage for your automotive repair needs.
