So I have an 1987 Volvo 740 Turbo. I get Horible gas mileage. It is an older car and also is a wagon but I got 225 miles from a full tank. which is a 13 gallon tank. Is this normal.. or could there be something wrong? I dont know much about cars so I feel pretty clueless...

MasterTo get better gas MPG there's a few things you could do first check your tire psi, change the oil for a lower grade one, change your air filter, fuel filter and tune up is needed when you car is tuned properly it will waste less gas, you can also use a fuel treatment
