ngine light is on and no shifting or major acceleration/ rpm stay at 2200/no throttle down doesn't do anything. What could be the problem ..."turbo"?

Have a qualified shop access the codes with a scanner and then do diagnostics related to code(s).

Yea, I used to work for a Freightliner dealer and these vans have Freightliner suspensions and we had to tell people that came in to take to dealer because they are the only ones that work on these things. Guaranteed that when sold the new owner was not told this if bought new. This guy is going to get the runaround I guarantee it.
