My car feels like it's towing a trailer at lower speeds driving around the city. My repair manual calls it "Chuggle" but they don't tell me how to fix it. It's a back and forth type of motion that doesn't seem to depend of outdoor or engine temperature. It doesn't happen on the expressway. I just bought the car about 4 weeks ago, so I'm not familiar with all of its idiosyncrasies. Please help.
