I've taken three different cars there. I won't be going back. They are very busy so it might just be my experience but I have had to take all but one of their repairs back for more work to get the repair right. My last visit there involved going back once and five weeks to get my car back. In their defence they were out three days for some sort of class to stay current. I think Mr. Ponder is a very capable mechanic but the others not so much. And you just haven't lived until you listen to the office guy "Bob" try to explain it all away.
