Question: Please how can i MANUALLY open up my drop top?

The control to drop the roof flashes but the roof doesn't open. I want to manually open this up and try retrace where the problem lies.

    there is no easy way for the consumer to manually open the top. you will need MB software to diagnose whether this is a "control" issue (switch, module, etc) or if it is
    "mechanical." the major issue on this car is loss of fluid
    from a leaking cylinder or the pump itself. the top will not function if the pump is low on fluid and must be refilled to operate the top. suggest a good local MB shop,
    as this is not a do-it-yourself job.
