Probably the drivers side motor mount has failed, When the vehicle is in drive and you give it the gas with your foot on the brake and the left side of the motor lifts that means the driverside motor mount has failed. Sometimes when the motor mount is broken it no longer has the rubber cushion between the motor and the frame and will experience vibrations and noises magnified because of the metal to metal contact.
