They just seemed to do a good job. They search our equipment. If they found anything wrong they call us and ask us what they want us to do. We get coupons in the mail and when we go we get a discount on a repair service or maybe just an oil change. They have a military discount and they are very convenient.
Some of them are really good, but some of them are not exceptional. Like one time they tried to take me for some repairs I didn't need. They didn't tell me I had a door replaced and it was a different color than my car. They then tried to charge me to replace it. It's the little things like that that irritate me.
My car was hit while parked in a parking lot and the other driver took off. There was little damage but I wanted it repaired.I took my car in and made an appointment to return in 2 weeks for the repairs, which were to take 3 days. I was told the parts would be ordered and ready. I didn't have rental insurance so I verified that everything was set the Friday before the Monday drop off.
I left my car as scheduled on a Monday morning. I received a message daily for the next 2 days that all was well. On the Wednesday I was supposed to pick up my car I called and was told that they had found new damage and it was going to be one more day. I called the next day and the CSR told me that winter storms had delayed the delivery of the part and it could be another day before it was received. I called on Friday and was then told that their distributor had lied to them and all parts were on back order. They planned to reassemble my car as it could be 2 weeks before they had the parts. Then the CSR told me he was busy with another customer and would call me later. The CSR never called so I called my insurance co. who called the CSR who said my car was reassembled and waiting for me. I ended up spending $260.00 to rent a car for the week while Pine Forest took my car in without repair parts and kept lying to me about the status of my car. West Florida Paint and Body was recommended to me by a mechanic friend so I went there and everything went flawlessly.
