Last year they did a bunch of work on my wife's vehicle and I'm very happy with it and no issues. I had an issue with the tailgate on my truck, and they got it resolved.
I went in for an A/C check that should have taken an hour and I was there for two to three hours. Also the price they gave me was different, a lot higher, than the actual Acura dealership charged me. The quote they gave me was higher.
They just seemed to do a good job. They search our equipment. If they found anything wrong they call us and ask us what they want us to do. We get coupons in the mail and when we go we get a discount on a repair service or maybe just an oil change. They have a military discount and they are very convenient.
I made it down there and they fixed it. There was no beating around the bush. They said what they were going to do and meant it. I was completely satisfied.
I liked the boy Adam. I don't know what's happen to him. Adam always gave me good service. He would always call me when I needed oil changes or whatever. It's a good place to shop. I've only had one oil change since he's not working there.
They did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner.

They were pretty quick but I had previous issues with them on things I did not sign off on. I had taken my car in for another service for an oil change on their descretion but it wasn't time for it.
The price was a little bit high. The service was good. The cost of the repair was high.
Some of them are really good, but some of them are not exceptional. Like one time they tried to take me for some repairs I didn't need. They didn't tell me I had a door replaced and it was a different color than my car. They then tried to charge me to replace it. It's the little things like that that irritate me.
No one is perfect. I like going there, they are courteous. They are very pleasant to talk to.
They are very good and they have good customer service. I like them. They do their job. They do a good job on their vehicles.
I would tell them that they might overcharge, their pricing is a little too high. They do good work, they do try to get you to have them do more work than what is needed.
The work that I had done was done not to my satisfaction. I was expecting a better situation. I now have another problem as a result of that situation that I haven't been back to them for.
I thought that they were very courteous, I am very knowledgeable about cars and they weren't offended when I talked to them like a mechanic. Every time I have work done they explain the work, how much it will cost and they will not try to get me to get work done that doesn't need to be done.
I've been doing business with them for fifteen years and I have always been satisfied. I get quality work done in a timely manner at a fair price.
