I had to take it back twice for the same reason. I should not take it in twice. I am not really satisfied. Well, mostly they do an excellent job but this time maybe they didn't know the leak. It wasn't a big leak but it was a leak. Power-steering fluid leak is still there and I'm not satisfied. Usually they do an excellent job. I am just dissatisfied with this one.
I was satisfied when I called for the repair and I was satisfied when I picked up the car. I had good service. When I first called there I talked to Bob and he was very helpful and told me what to do and I did it. I took the car there, they told me how long it would take. When I got there the car was ready, I gave them the check, and everything went smoothly.
I was having intermittent issues with my vehicle and had it at two other local garages prior. After 3 weeks of going nowhere at the others the techs at Pierson resolved my grounding issue in a day and it only cost me an hour labor. I spent hundreds at the others without my problem being fixed. Kudos Pierson.
