Piercey Toyota
I went in wanting to cut my DRLs (daytime driving lights) and add cruise control to my car cause it was messed up. The service advisors were very rude and acted like I didn't know what I was saying because of my age (and maybe sex). They didn't believe you could do any of the services I wanted. Be careful of the service advisors. They get paid for every service that you do and these Piercey advisors wanted me to do all sorts of expensive extra services that I didn't really need.
On the bright side they are a dealership and hopefully know what they are doing.

Piercey Toyota
I liked the way I was treated by the staff at Piercey Toyota. The guy that helped me was kind and he listened to me. He was willing to answer my questions. I have to admit I have had some bad experiences at dealerships in the past with other cars. This was nothing like that. As a female I felt safe taking my car here.
