They are very nice and work to help people and make them comfortable in small spaces and times when they are probably not the happiest (I know when my car breaks down I am pretty upset). Took the time to tell me what was going on and did what they could to fix my car even though it was in bad shape after many miles and many years. And looking at it a second time when something else went wrong right after my initial repairs. Thanks y'all.
I had an excellent experience with Phil. He was very professional and tolerated all the questions with ease. He diagnosed my car and was able to break down car terms to me. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in his hands. I would definitely recommend this auto business to anyone looking for a Christian Technician.
My experence with Phil was a very good one. I had issues with my 2001 Acura CL, I had issues with the running condition, and a brake issue.
Phil took the time to explain to what the problem was and how it would resolved. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything that was not needed.
They even took the time to was my car when the work was completed.
Spent about $1000.00 at Phil's. You might think that's a lot, but it depends on what you have done, and what it would have cost at the dealer where i usually got the work done. The dealer wanted $1000.00 to do only one of the six items that Phil took care of for me before my family vacation to Tulsa from Philly.
Phil was very responsive to my problem, and friendly. Not distracted and a good listener, and appeared knowledgeable.
The Kicker...there were two things with my steering that could have been the problem. I chose to have only one of them done (time was also a factor). When that only corrected part of the problem, and I talked with Phil again, he offered to take care of the second issue with free labor in order to correct the problem fully. Try getting that deal from your dealer's service department. I think I'll still give him something for his time, but just getting the offer feels like a birthday present (he didn't know that it was my birthday the day he offered that to me).
I love that he's local in South Philly and i can walk to his shop from home. I'll recommend him to anyone who asks. It's been a long time since I actually 'appreciated' my mechanic. But I do this one.
